Arben has delivered 66 Waterloo Rd, and is nearing completion of 6 & 7 Eden Park Drive - both projects have a 4½ star AGBR score. Arben has the experience to manage the design, construction & commissioning of your project to achieve the sustainability rating necessary to attract the best tenants in a highly competitive market.

We recognize that in striving to achieve the best environmental outcomes for our clients, we have to be at the forefront of sustainability efforts ourselves. To that end, Arben Management has teamed with the Carbon Reduction Institute to review our business’ energy patterns, implement measures to reduce consumption, and offset the remaining carbon footprint. We are proud to announce that Arben is now accredited as Carbon Neutral - the first Project Manager in the NSW property industry to do so!
