Arben was engaged by Gowings Developments to manage the design consultants and appoint a builder for the Crest Apartments in Coogee. The project involved construction of nine luxury apartments.
Client: Stockland Residential Division
Duration: August 04 - October 04
Construction Value: $24 million
Arben was engaged by Stockland to assist with the following components of the project:
Delivery of a Marketing Suite designed by RLDesign. The project involved a tight time schedule and delivery of a superior level of finish of a two bedroom unit and marketing display within an existing commercial building; and assisted Stockland in preparing, calling tenders and tender analysis for the design and construction of 149 apartments designed by Marches Partners in association with Alex Popov. The contract contemplated zero defects at Practical Completion to be achieved by the contractor.
