Terry Timso - BE(Civil), MEngSc, MIE Aust
Terry has 21 years experience in the building, construction and civil industry, initially as a consulting structural engineer. Having led design and documentation on large projects, he has shown an ability to manage and coordinate consultant designers to deliver documentation for the project tender and construction phases. Terry is able to add value to projects through his experience in structural design.
Recent appointments include project management of the Stockland Triniti Business Campus. Past roles include project director of Stockland Wetherill Park, Shopping Centre - Stage 3 extension, M4 Greystanes Industrial Park, Yennora Distribution Park and Crest apartments at Coogee for Gowings.
Prior to Arben, Terry practiced for 10 years as a structural engineer with consulting firms Bruechle Gilchrist & Evans (BG&E) and Tierney & Partners. During this time, he has been involved in such building projects as the Horizon apartments (by Harry Seidler), the Elizabeth at Jacksons Landing, Market City, Amora Hotel Jamison, Rex Hotel, AGL Western Region Depot at Wetherill Park and industrial development for Van Leer Australia Pty Ltd in Albury.
During his career as an engineer, Terry spent a number of years involved in bridge design and documentation. He was responsible for various projects including pedestrian, rail and road bridges for the RTA, City Rail, Freight Rail and National Rail Corporation (NRC).
