The company and its director, Martin Waters, have built a strong reputation in the property industry by pressing the envelope on problem solving and outcomes.

Martin Waters
Director

Martin has had 30 years experience in the property industry, commencing as a Building Cadet in 1988 and progressing through to Directorship of Arben Management in 2000. He has a proven track record of successful authorities and design management, through to complete project delivery. He possesses excellent communication skills that are paramount in the detailed management and coordination of Clients, Designers, Tenants and Building Contractors during the design and construction stages. Since joining Arben in September 1999, Martin has managed projects for Frasers Property, Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, Woolworths, Coles, Stockland, Australia Post, Ipoh, Colonial First State Property, Gandagara Local Aboriginal Land Council, Vicinity, Chubb Asia Pacific and Gowings Bros.

Prior to joining Arben, Martin worked at APP Projects, where he successfully completed the new Wharf 7 facility for the Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour. He was also Administration Manager on the $380m New Sydney Showgrounds project at Homebush Bay, home of the Easter Show and Sydney 2000 Olympics. Martin was responsible for all design and documentation aspects on Westpac Bank's new Mortgage Processing Centre in Adelaide.
