Arben was engaged by Stockland to manage the technical due diligence report prior to purchasing the commercial development at Macquarie Park. The commercial complex has been developed as an A-grade office and designed to 5 star environmental rating.

Arben acted on behalf of Howarth Asia Pacific and coordinated and prepared documentation required for the sale of the hotel.

GOWINGS BUILDING, CORNER GEORGE AND MARKET STREETS, SYDNEY

CLIENT: Gowing Bros

Arben was commissioned by Gowing Bros to carry out a building condition report for the sale of their landmark building located on Sydney's premier retail corner The former Gowings building was purchased by Amalgamated Holdings Limited.

Located on one of Sydney's busiest retail strips and adjacent to Wynyard station, the sale of these 2 separate buildings (within 3 weeks of each other) presented a development opportunity for our client. Arben was engaged to carrying building condition audits and present retail development options.

PORT CENTRAL SHOPPING CENTRE, PORT MACQUARIE

CLIENT: Horwath Asia Pacific

Arben was engaged by Gowings to appoint consultants and prepare a coordinated technical pre-purchase report on the Shopping Centre, at Port Macquarie in New South Wales. The DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund offloaded the asset to Gowing Bros, which is the Gowing family investment vehicle.

CLIENT: Gowings Bros

Arben was engaged by Gowing Bros to carry out a building condition report on the retail property to be included as part of the sale of the property. Arben was particularly suited to pass comment on a number of miscellaneous structural matters.

PARADISE ROAD, WILLAWONG QLD

CLIENT: Landmark Development Group / CMF

Arben acted on behalf of CMF Project Finance & Advisory Service and Land Developers Group to appoint consultants and prepare a coordinated report for the potential purchase of the land.
