SHELL COVE RETAIL CENTRE

CLIENT: Frasers Property Group

Arben is the tenancy coordinator managing the design and delivery of the specialty tenancies on behalf of Frasers Property Group. This new neighbourhood shopping centre is anticipated to open in the fourth quarter 2018.

GLENQUARIE SHOPPING CENTRE

CLIENT: My Doctors and NIA Diagnostic Imaging

Arben Management is project managing the design and delivery of this new medical and radiology centre. The project is due for completion mid 2018.

VINCENTIA MARKETPLACE

CLIENT: Woolworths

Arben was engaged to undertake tenancy coordination services on several specialty tenancies following opening though to late 2016.

LIDCOMBE CENTRE

CLIENT: Vicinity

Arben Management was engaged to assist Vicinity with the delivery this refurbished retail centre. In particular, we managed the completion of the major tenancies being Woolworths, Kmart, Aldi, and mini-majors. We also managed many infrastructure adjustments to suit alternate tenant mix.

COLES, FLETCHER VILLAGE

CLIENT: Coles Property

Arben was appointed project manager for the design and construction of the new Coles Fletcher Village near Newcastle, NSW.  The project involved all design, authorities and construction management and was sucessfully completed and opened in February 2013.  This was underatken on behalf of Coles Development Group and includes a 4,200m² supermarket, 11 specialty shops and ongrade parking for 216 cars

MAYFIELD EAST VILLAGE

CLIENT: Coles Property

Arben was appointed project manager for the preliminary phases of this new shopping centre for Coles Development Group. 

WOOLWORTHS CARDIFF & MORISSET

CLIENT: Woolworths

Arben Management was appointed in October 2009 to take over the role as superintendent from Woolworths to complete these developments.

WOOLWORTHS, NEUTRAL BAY

CLIENT: Woolworths

Arben Management was appointed to project manage the refurbishment of the Neutral Bay Village on Rangers Road, Neutral Bay. The Brief encompassed the conversion of the existing neighbourhood shopping centre into a Woolworths supermarket and small coffee shop tenancy, whilst utilising most of the existing building structure and basement car park. The property adjoins a liquor store and commercial office building, the owners of which also have shared ownership of the land which the Supermarket will be built. The legal and property related issues of this have made for a challenging project.

STOCKLAND SHOPPING CENTRE, WETHERILL PARK

CLIENT: Stockland

Arben was engaged by Stockland to project manage the Stage 3 extension of their shopping centre at Wetherill Park. The project involved the relocation of existing "medical" tenants, extension of the existing centre for a new Target Store and 28 specialty shops, undercover car parking for 400 cars and existing carpal reconfiguration works.

WOOLWORTHS THORNLEIGH MARKETPLACE

CLIENT: Woolworths

Arben Management was appointed to project manage the redevelopment of the Parkway Plaza at Thornleigh. The project encompassed the total refurbishment of the centre including partial demolition and excavation for basement carparking. 

SKYGARDEN SHOPPING CENTRE PITT STREET, SYDNEY

CLIENT: Citadin

Arben has undertaken coordination and relocation of various specialty stores throughout the centre. Arben was also engaged to Project Manage the new Roof Top Bar and Restaurant and various Base Building upgrades to the public areas including lift lobbies, entries and lift cars.

STOCKLAND PICCADILLY CENTRE,
PITT STREET SYDNEY

CLIENT: Stockland

Arben Management was engaged by Stockland to Project Manage the refurbishment of the intermediate level into a food court.  This involved full design and authorities’ management along with major demolition, façade modification and expansion of the floor area whilst the tenants continued to trade on the adjacent floors.

PRUDENTIAL BUILDING, 39 MARTIN PLACE SYDNEY

CLIENT: Colonial First State Investments

Acting on behalf of Colonial First State Investments, Arben coordinated and managed the design and fitout of the podium levels of the above building. This comprises a mix of tenants ranging from a Share Trade and Financial Services Centre to a new Hotel, Food Outlets and Specialty Stores.

THE GALERIES VICTORIA, SYDNEY

CLIENT: Ipoh

Arben Management, through Ipoh, was introduced to this project whilst the head contractor completed their minimum base building works. Arben Management was responsible for the tenant management, approvals and construction of some 80 specialty shops under the difficult site conditions of a major Contractor working overhead.

GOWINGS BROS BUILDING, MARKET STREET

CLIENT: Gowings Bros

Arben conducted the refurbishment of Heritage Market Street store, comprising six levels of retail and 8 levels of commercial.

GOWINGS AT WESTFIELD HORNSBY

CLIENT: Gowings Bros

Arben managed the successful delivery of a Gowings retail store in Westfield Hornsby.  The store was over 2,500m² in area.  Arben acted for Gowings in managing Westfield Design and Construction, who became the fitout contractor for major sections of the work.
