SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACCOMMODATION

CLIENT: Sydney Harbour Federation Trust

Arben was engaged to undertake a preliminary review and provide advice on The Trust's current accommodation and potential future needs. This involved preliminary analysis on a number of sites and assets, including feasibility and commercial analysis.

TRINITI BUSINESS CAMPUS, 39 DEHLI ROAD, NORTH RYDE

CLIENT: Stockland Commercial & Industrial

Arben Management was appointed for the project management of this commercial business park.  The project comprises three quality commercial office buildings having a total floor space of approximately 28,000m², which share an outdoor landscaped space and on-site parking for 995 cars. The first stage achieved a Green Star (Office As-Built Version 2) rating of 5 Stars and Stockland has entered into a commitment agreement for 4.5 star NABERS energy rating, which was ultimately achieved.  The project won the Property Council of Australia 2010 National Innovation & Excellence award for Business Parks.  At the time Triniti Business Campus set new benchmarks in office parks.

6 & 7 EDEN PARK DRIVE, MACQUARIE PARK

CLIENT: Investa

Arben Management was appointed as Project Manager for Investa on this leading commercial office development in North Ryde.  The project comprised two separate office buildings, both of which achieved a 5 star NABERS energy rating, as well as a licensed restaurant to serve the office precinct.  6 Eden Park Drive has four levels of underground parking, retail shops, a childcare centre, and over 12,000m² of commercial office space.  7 Eden Park drive has two levels of parking, retail shops and 7,000m² of office space.

66 WATERLOO ROAD, NORTH RYDE

CLIENT: Stockland

Arben Management was appointed to project manage the design and construction of a new 10,000m² commercial building in North Ryde for Stockland. It achieved a 5 star NABERS rating.

STOCKLAND NORTH-SHORE OFFICE FITOUT, 39 DEHLI ROAD, NORTH RYDE

CLIENT: Stockland

Arben Management was engaged by Stockland Asset Management to project manage their new office at Triniti Business Campus. The design intent was to replicate Stockland’s newly refurbished Head Office in Sydney’s CBD both in quality of space and conscious attitude to sustainability.

The open plan office layout was designed to enhance staff interaction, introducing varying degrees of privacy and formality across a range of break-out spaces. Office productivity is enhanced through initiatives ranging from task access to natural light, external views and comfortable climatic conditions.

ATHENS OLYMPIC ORGANISING COMMITEE OFFICE FITOUT, SYDNEY

CLIENT: Epathlon

Arben managed the fitout works in the Museum of Contemporary Art Building on behalf of Epathlon for the Athens Olympic Organising Committee’s stay, during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.  It was the Organising Committee’s official headquarters where they received Ministers, delegates, and officials and conducted their press releases.

OFFICE FITOUT AT 25 KINGS STREET, SYDNEY

CLIENT: General Pants Co

Arben Management was engaged by Windermere Chambers for the project and construction management of this heritage office building refurbishment. The project involved close coordination and planning with the new tenant, General Pants & Co, with the base building refurbishment being specially tailored to suit their office layouts and IT requirements.

GOWINGS BUILDING, MARKET STREET

CLIENT: Gowing Bros

Arben Management was the Project Manager for the refurbishment of the Gowings Building on the corner of Market and George Streets, Sydney.  The project comprised not only the 6 levels of retail, but also 8 levels of commercial office floors. The project had to be undertaken to meet all heritage requirements and had the added challenge of remaining fully tenanted as well as continuing Gowings retail trading throughout the refurbishment process.  Arben coordinated the temporary relocation of existing tenants within the building and managed the disruption that occurs during the refurbishment process.

MANNING HOUSE, SYDNEY UNIVERSITY

CLIENT: The University of Sydney

The redevelopment of this building incorporated a concert venue, bars, food outlets and office accommodation. Towards the later stage of the construction works, Arben was engaged by the University Union to assist the consultants and builder to achieve a timely practical completion. Arben also acted as Client Representative.

CHUBB ASIA PACIFIC

CLIENT: Chubb Security Holdings

Arben Management was appointed to project manage the refurbishment and redevelopment of Chubb’s Sydney cash room operations.  The project comprised the refurbishment and extension of the facility and the introduction of new IT and operating methods.  Temporary facilities were constructed and a number of relocations were undertaken to ensure that day to day operations were maintained.  Careful management of contractors was also required due to the security nature of the facility.  The project was completed on time and on budget.
