Arben has managed the successful completion of a number of hospitality projects, including the Arthouse Hotel, Manning House at Sydney University the Establishment in Sydney, the Rigaletto Roof & Bar Skygarden, Sydney Showground at Homebush and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney.
Arben was engaged as Project Manager in a range of due diligence projects, including the Gowings Wynyard Store, Gowings building, Hotel Nikko in Darling Harbour, Port Central Shopping Centre in Port Macquarie and Paradise Road in Willawong QLD.
Arben Management have been involved in a number of industrial projects, including The Wool Testers Site in Yennora Distribution Park, Dexus Templar Road in Erskine Park, Greystanes SEL Warehouse A, Stockland M4 Greystanes Industrial Park and Australian Post Nepean Delivery Centre.
Arben has successfully delivered a range of diverse and challenging retail projects, including Woolworths in Neutral Bay, Woolworths in Thornleigh Marketplace, Skygarden Shopping Centre in Pitt Street Sydney, Coles in Fletcher Village, and Stockland Wetherill Park.
Arben has successfully manage numerous high profile commercial projects, including Triniti Business Campus in North Ryde, the Gowings Building on Market Street, Chubb Asia Pacific, Stockland North-Shore Office Fitout, and Athens Olympic Organising Committee Office Fitout in Sydney.
Arben was engaged in a number of residential projects, including Crest Apartments for Gowings Developments, Stockland Elysium in Gordon, Heathcote Ridge West Menai, Gandagara Estate Stage 2, and The Hyde Liverpool Street Sydney.
