Arben has been engaged to project manage the design and construction of this new development comprising of 22 boutique apartments. Completion of the development is anticipated for late 2019.

DARLINGTON BRICKWORKS

CLIENT: Northwest1

Arben was engaged to project manage this upmarket and boutique project from development consent to completion. The development consists of 17 bespoke residences and is due for completion 2nd quarter 2018.

THE GEORGE, BURWOOD

CLIENT: The Steward Foundation

Arben has been engaged to assist The Steward Foundation, who has entered into a development agreement for the redevelopment of their site into 4 levels of retail/commercial with multi-storey residential above. In particular, Arben has assisted Stewards with administration and determination on contractual matters and project management of their fitout over their four-level stratum.

290 NEW ILLAWARRA ROAD

CLIENT: Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council / Dahua

Arben Management was engaged to prepare an options paper considering potential development on this large land holding. This led to Arben managing the lodgement and procurement of a development consent to subdivide the land into 139 residential lots. Upon obtaining development consent, Gandangara was able to sell the land with consent. The purchaser of the subdivision is Dahua, who subsequently engaged Arben to assist them with preliminary advice on the land holding and development consent conditions.

MIGUEL CORDERO RESIDENCE, CAMPERDOWN

CLIENT: Australian Catholic University (ACU)

Arben Management was engaged as client representative on this student accommodation project. In this capacity, Arben worked closely with the developer to ensure they delivered their requirements under their lease with ACU.

HEATHCOTE RIDGE, WEST MENAI

CLIENT: Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council

Arben was appointed project manager for this project and managed all aspects on behalf of the developer and owner, Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council.  Comprising 865 ha of land in the Sutherland Shire, the project included approximately 2,400 dwellings, a new town centre, 50 ha of employment land and a 566 ha conservation reserve. In association with Gandangara, Arben managed the preparation and lodgement of the application to the Dept of Planning and Infrastructure NSW under the State Significant Site process.

GANDAGARA ESTATE STAGE 2

CLIENT: Gandagara National Aboriginal Land Council

Arben project managed all aspects of this 39 lot subdivision, including all design and authority management, construction and assistance with coordinating sales agents.  37 lots were sold off the plan and Arben also provide monthly reporting and signoffs to the financier.  The project was very successful for Gandangara.

THE HYDE, 157 LIVERPOOL STREET, SYDNEY

CLIENT: Stockland

Arben was engaged by Stockland to assist them with the planning for the redevelopment of their head office building overlooking Hyde Park, Sydney.  The project comprised the demolition of the existing commercial tower and construction of a 34 level apartment complex.  In particular, Arben assisted with consultant management and City of Sydney design excellence competition.

STOCKLAND ELYSIUM, GORDON

CLIENT: Stockland Residential Division

Arben was engaged by Stockland to assist with the following components of the project:

Delivery of a Marketing Suite designed by RLDesign. The project involved a tight time schedule and delivery of a superior level of finish of a two bedroom unit and marketing display within an existing commercial building; and

Assisted Stockland in preparing, calling tenders and tender analysis for the design and construction of 149 apartments designed by Marchese Partners in association with Alex Popov.

CREST APARTMENTS FOR GOWING PROPERTIES, OBERON STREET, COOGEE

CLIENT: Gowings Bros

Arben was engaged by Gowings Developments to manage the design consultants, tender and award of a construct contract for the construction of six luxury apartments.
